User Agreements
Trainer Agreement
In order to ensure the accuracy of events and a high quality of educational opportunities for students, all Trainers listing events on Bulletn Services must agree to the following requirements. (Note: Non-compliance with any of the below may lead to suspension or possible termination of your Trainer account)
1. Initial Interview and Responsiveness. Upon listing of your first events, you agree to be contacted by Bulletn (via phone) to verify details of your training business and you agree to respond to ongoing inquiries or issues regarding your listed events in a timely fashion
2. In-Person Verification. You agree to allow a Bulletn staff member (or appointee) to attend one comped event per year. This event is to be chosen by Bulletn and agreed to by the Trainer with advanced notice. Bulletn agrees to cover any range fees or direct costs incurred by the Trainer associated with attending the event.
3. Direct communication with students. You agree that Bulletn will not be responsible for handling any communications between Trainers and Students. You agree that you will respond to any student inquiries, complaints, or communications regarding events listed on Bulletn within 48 hours.
4. Promotional mentions. You agree that Bulletn is allowed to mention your participation on the Bulletn platform in any and all communications channels for the purposes of promoting your business and the Bulletn platform as a whole.
Community Guidelines
In order to ensure the Bulletn mission of bringing the training community closer together, all users must adhere to the following community guidelines when using Bulletn services.
1. Don’t be an asshole. The training community is constantly fractured by fragile egos, volatile attitudes, and predatory behaviors. If you don’t have something nice to say about another student, trainer, school, or personality, bring that rhetoric somewhere else. If you try to unjustly harm or take advantage of others, you will be removed.
2. You must support the 2nd amendment and the right for ALL people to keep and bear arms. Regardless of whether you agree or identify with any particular race, creed, ethnicity, sexual identity, socio-economic status, political affiliation, etc). Support for disarming the American people, or discrimination against any particular group of people will not be tolerated on the Bulletn Services.
3. Training and knowledge must be open to all. Specific events that ONLY allow certain professional groups to attend (law enforcement, first responders, military, etc) are not welcome to be posted on Bulletn. (Non-professional only classes are allowed from trainers that do offer both)
4. Do not promote or incite violence against the American people or their governments in events that are posted on the Bulletn Services.
