As an instructor, Crystal offers a unique approach to training. Her focus is on working with individuals who have various physical and nonphysical limitations, such as arthritis, visual impairment, injuries or illnesses, anxiety, and trauma. She uses techniques and strategies to meet individual needs and empower her students to face challenges with resilience and adaptability.

Crystal uses her expertise from the fields of biomechanics and healthcare (she is an occupational therapist, massage, therapist, and health coach) to give her students individualized and effective instruction. Her multidisciplinary background ensures a comprehensive and compassionate approach to training and overall wellness.
