Long Range Patrol

Long Range Patrol will prepare you for Near Peer Engagements - the most likely mass threat to the American Populace.

This class is designed to teach you the intricacies of the Long Range Patrol and prepare you for other patrol types and situations in so doing. You will be operating without support or resupply, in a presumably enemy controlled territory. Here, stealth, surprise, camouflage and concealment will be your tools.

Topics include: patrol planning, route planning & selection, principles of patrolling, principles of camouflage / noise & light discipline, hand & arm signals, Patrol Team Member responsibilities, logistical & tactical considerations, reconnaissance & surveillance, rally points & how to use them, danger areas, caches, react to contact, breaking contact, hasty ambushes, deliberate ambushes, and more...

This movements in this class are centered around a 2-man team. Therefore, bring a buddy and save some money!
