Intro to Home Defense

During this class we will discuss modern tactics, techniques and procedures employing and manipulating a handgun for personal protection in close quarters scenarios. Students will develop a fundamental understanding of layers of security, entry techniques, close quarters, firearm manipulation, presentation techniques, opposing threats, dead space, and how to utilize angles and distance effectively.

Required Materials: Pen, paper, note taking material, hydration source, packed lunch, eye protection, long sleeve shirt. Simulation Pistol provided for the duration of the class.
