Scoped mid-range carbine class
So many people think you need a huge scope and a bolt action to make shots beyond 100 yards - and that just is NOT true!
Recce carbine classes are all the rage these days. Patriot Training has had one since we were founded. In Expert Rifleman the focus on the effective use of the AR15 rifle/carbine, using a magnified optic such as an LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic), fixed magnification scope (ACOG, etc.), or similar and bulk ammunition. This class is designed to bridge the gap between a typical sniper class and a typical short range tactical carbine class.
In Expert Rifleman, we will cover advanced practical marksmanship: 50 to 300+ yards, shooting positions - standing, kneeling, sitting, prone, and variations - each from 100+ yards in a dynamic environment, shooting and moving from distance, range estimations and use of holdovers, tactical team movement at mid range, and more!
